Karla Wireman is a licensed Treasurer with the State of Ohio. She serves as the Financial Officer and Secretary to the Allen County Board of Education.  Karla has been employed with the district since 1984.

Her responsiblities include contracts, documents and official minutes of all board meetings, and all documents considered permanent records of the district.

The Treasurer's office handles all of the financial aspects of district operation, including legal issues, budgets, payables and receivables, and payroll.

The goal of the Treasurer's office is to monitor the financial needs of the district and maintain fiscal accountability to the community and the taxpayers taking the resources available and making sure they are appropriately managed.
