The First Responder Presentation Team provides professional development which includes: advocacy, community outreach; and promoting greater understanding of the unique needs of individuals with hidden disabilities. The training is specifically designed to provide first responders with greater insight into autism spectrum disorder and other hidden disabilities, as well as strategies for supporting individuals. Agencies trained have included fire and emergency medical services, as well as law enforcement across a multi-county area.
